Refund Policy

At Carefolio, we prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, which are 3 ring binder medical healthcare journals, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. However, if your Carefolio arrives damaged during shipping, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.


If you receive a damaged Carefolio, please follow these steps within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for reshipment of damaged goods:


1. **Document the Damage:** Take clear photos of the outside packaging and the damage to the Carefolio itself. Ensure that the damage is captured in as much detail as possible. Video is acceptable. Same details apply.


2. **Contact Us:** Reach out to our customer support team via email at hello@carefolio.com with the subject line: "Damaged Carefolio Request." Include your order number, name, phone number, address and attach the photos of the damage.


3. **Review Process:** Our team will review your claim and assess the damage. Once approved, we will resend any portion of the binder that was damaged.


Please note that reshipment for damaged items will only be processed if the damage occurred during shipping and if the claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt.
